Synesis Software Private Supply License (SSPSL) |

The Synesis Software Private Supply License (SSPSL) provides software (source code and / or binary components) to stipulated clients of the provider free-of-charge, providing that any user does not claim ownership, nor charge for this software, displays appropriate citations representing the provider, and does not redistributed except by express written permission of the provider, for inclusion in commercial and non-commercial software developments. No warranties of any kind are provided.
The SSPSL is similar to the Synesis Software Citation Public License (SSCPL) save for the amended clause (clause (ii)) prohibiting modification and redistribution in any form without written consent from the original supplier.

To use the SSPSL, include in a prominent place (such as the start of the source file) the license template given below, substituting the date for DATE, your name or organisation (or both) for PROVIDER and, optionally, your contact information (usually email and web-address) for CONTACT. In using this license you are granting users the right to use and modify the software, but it remains in all forms and at all times your property as the original provider, and users are prohibited from passing on the software in any non-compiled form to any other parties without prior written consent from you.
